I’ve been sick this week and have fallen behind a bit, therefore - the premiere recaps of Glee and Grey’s Anatomy are going to be done “Glee Style” as you see at the beginning of each of Glee’s episodes.
The premiere episode finally covers the Beatles music and does so fantastically. Artie and Kitty officially become a couple (huh?) only at first she makes them keep it on the D.L. seemingly because she’s embarrassed only we later find out it’s because she wanted to wait & make sure she really liked him and that it was really “headed somewhere.”
Blaine convinces Schuster to let him bring all the Glee clubs together for one spectacular performance that ends up being his proposal to Kurt, which was beautiful and magnificent and made me cry like a baby.
Sue Sylvester set McKinley HS’s principal up in every way possible to have him removed from his job, and took over as MHS’s principal.
Rachel did her callback for Funny Girl, but overheard the producer/director (HOLY CARLISLE CULLEN BATMAN!!) saying they felt she might still be too green to star in such a big production. Santana got her a job as a “singing waitress” at a popular restaurant on Broadway,and when said producer/director came to eat there one day, put on a performance to show them that she can “do” sexy. Only problem I saw here was that it was Santana that killed it, not Rachel.
I promise - the remaining recaps will be much, much better than this one was.
