I often find myself observing little things. Both things that are obvious and things that are not so obvious. I also find myself having a theory one episode and a completely different theory the next.
Observations/Theory
Luke bringing Nan the cookies makes me believe even more that he is attracted to her. It also makes me more apt to think that she is the next Supreme (the dance).
I think it’s too obvious if Myrtle was the one who threw the acid in Cordelia’s face. I think the writers want us to think it’s her, but I don’t think it’s her.
I also think the writers want us to think maybe Marie Laveau or someone in her circle threw the acid, enacting revenge for Fiona chopping off the Minotaur’s head. Again, I do not think it’s her either. Her revenge is raising the dead.
Whoever through the acid was white. You could see their neck.
Madame LaLaurie, Nan, Zoe and Queenie were all at the academy, along with Luke, when Cordelia had the acid thrown at her. That would eliminate any of them as the suspect. Luke showing up at the house makes me question where his mother, Joan, was. She forbade the girls from her home, and one would only assume that she forbade Luke from speaking with the girls. That would make me think that she wasn’t at home when he went over there. I think Joan is the black cloaked figure. She figured out they were all witches since Madison made it pretty darn obvious, and she attacked the headmistress of the school. For what purpose, I’m not sure yet, but I think she is a crazy religious person and crazy religious people do crazy shit (think Carrie’s mom from the movie Carrie).
