The late Glee star Cory Monteith died of a mixed drug cocktail involving “intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol.” That finding was part of the final B.C. Coroner’s report on the July 13 death of the Hollywood actor in Vancouver that had previously been ruled accidental. The final report, made public Wednesday, goes into additional detail, including indicating Monteith was found dead in his room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel shortly after noon on July 13. He was 31.
So tragic, such an amazingly talented man with a HUGE future in front of him, all gone in the blink of an eye, leaving behind hundreds of thousands of mourners, not to mention his fiance Leah Michelle.
Next Thursday, October 10th is Glee’s tribute show to Finn, and you can bet I will be one of many people watching with a box of tissue by my side.

First? That’s awesome and second? Glee’s Season 5 premieres in only 11 days, people!! SEPTEMBER 26th!! (And just so you know - they are giving us until the October 10th episode to prepare for the tribute to Corey Monteith, an episode that I am quite sure most avid Glee fans will need many tissues to watch.
